A History of Reliability in Manufacturing

Corrugated Replacements began in 1981 with a manual mill, two honest brothers, and one goal: to support local box plants with parts they could count on. Working from their father’s barn, the brothers quickly built a reputation for dependable service and precision machining.

Within months, they hired their first employee. By year four, they had already doubled their footprint with an extra 2,000 square feet added to the barn.

In 1988, CRI moved into a newly built 11,000-square-foot facility next to the original shop. Just two years later, BoxBoard Containers Magazine recognized CRI for earning “a reputation for reliability in manufacturing precision replacement parts for corrugated box producers.”

With modern equipment and a no-compromise approach to service, Corrugated Replacements kept growing—even while making a bold move north.

New Facility. Same Values.

In 1997, we opened a new 50,000-square-foot headquarters in the mountains of North Georgia. The transition wasn’t easy. It meant new staff, new systems, and new challenges—but our commitment to customers never changed. CRI kept delivering parts on time, with the same reliability our customers had come to trust.

Today, Corrugated Replacements supports 2,400+ clients globally across the corrugated and paperboard industries. Our 50,000 sq ft facility houses 30+ machines ranging from manual lathes to high-precision laser cutting systems. We manufacture and ship thousands of OEM-quality parts to help clients avoid costly downtime.
