What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across the corrugated machinery and packaging industries

• Provide technical product support and recommendations based on customer needs

• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and project specifications

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery

• Identify new sales opportunities through existing accounts and industry networking

• Attend trade shows, customer visits, and plant tours as needed

• Maintain detailed CRM records and communicate regularly with management

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing sales preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret drawings/specs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop replacement components and assemblies for corrugating machinery

• Create and revise detailed mechanical drawings and specifications using CAD software

• Work closely with the production team to improve part performance, durability, and manufacturability

• Perform stress and tolerance analysis to ensure precision and safety standards

• Collaborate with machinists, quality control, and management on product improvements and custom orders

• Research materials and mechanical processes to support cost-effective manufacturing

• Support troubleshooting and technical documentation for customers and internal teams

• Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing, mechanical design, or machine component engineering (corrugated industry experience is a plus)

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update A/P vendor information
• Post invoices and monitor A/P account balances
• Prepare cash disbursements and assist with routine accounting duties
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial data
• Collect invoices, assemble documentation, and verify billing accuracy
• Match vendor invoices with receiving data and reconcile discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain professional communication
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year in accounting, bookkeeping, or related role
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and email communication
