Corrugated Replacements, Inc. (CRI) is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered replacement parts for the corrugated industry, serving clients around the world with quality, innovation, and reliability. We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is ready to apply their technical expertise in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop replacement components and assemblies for corrugating machinery

  • Create and revise detailed mechanical drawings and specifications using CAD software

  • Work closely with the production team to improve part performance, durability, and manufacturability

  • Perform stress and tolerance analysis to ensure precision and safety standards

  • Collaborate with machinists, quality control, and management on product improvements and custom orders

  • Research materials and mechanical processes to support cost-effective manufacturing

  • Support troubleshooting and technical documentation for customers and internal teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing, mechanical design, or machine component engineering (corrugated industry experience is a plus)

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software

    • Strong understanding of mechanical tolerances and machining principles

    • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about precision engineering
